Territorial facilitation
This operation consists of facilitating, coordinating and supporting implementation of Agriculture and Forestry theme activities in the three OCTs. To carry out this mission, each lead agency (CANC, DAG, DSA) will recruit and put to work a facilitator under their supervision.

In each territory (action 1 in New Caledonia, action 2 in French Polynesia, action 3 in Wallis and Futuna), the lead agency will, through its facilitator,:
• facilitate exchanges and coordination between stakeholders in its territory:
- consult with local agencies and other relevant stakeholders
- hold territorial technical workshops
• monitor and coordinate implementation of the actions:
- Overall coordination of the actions (action plans, logical frameworks, monitoring and evaluation system)
- Supporting local partners through the development of activities
- Identifying synergies between various Agriculture and Forestry stakeholders in each territory
but also those from other project themes and those outside the project (local and regional synergies)
• Technical and financial reporting on the actions carried out in each territory
• Producing information and summary materials about the project and its themes
