Territorial invasive species facilitation

In each territory (action 1 in New Caledonia, action 2 in French Polynesia, action 3 in  Wallis and Futuna), through its facilitator, the lead agency will:
• facilitate exchanges and coordination between stakeholders in its territory:
- consult with local agencies and other relevant stakeholders
- hold territorial technical workshops
• monitor and coordinate implementation of the actions:
- Overall coordination of the actions (action plans, logical frameworks, monitoring and evaluation system)
- Supporting local partners through the development of activities
- Identifying synergies between various Invasive Species stakeholders in each territory
but also those from other project themes and those outside the project (local and regional synergies)
• Technical and financial reporting on the actions carried out in each territory
• Producing information and summary materials about the project and its themes
