Facilitating, monitoring and coordinating activities

In each territory (action 1 in New Caledonia, action 2 in French Polynesia, action 3 in  Wallis and Futuna), the lead agency will, through its facilitator:
-Facilitate exchanges and coordination between territorial stakeholders:
o Consulting with local government agencies and other relevant stakeholders;
o Organising territorial technical workshops;                                                                                                                              
- Monitor and coordinate action implementation:
o Overall coordination of the actions (action plans , logical frameworks, monitoring and evaluation system) ;
o Supporting local partners through the development of actions;
o Identifying synergies between various Coastal Fisheries and Aquaculture stakeholders in each territory but also those from other project themes and those outside the project (local and regional synergies);                          
- Technical and financial reporting on the actions carried out in each territory;
- Producing information and summary materials about the project and its themes.
The Coastal Fisheries and Aquaculture Theme Coordinator will supervise and assist facilitators in each territory in monitoring and contributing to the completion of their tasks.
