As part of PROTEGE initiative on strengthening the sustainability of food systems in the French OCTs of the Pacific, the last consultation workshops have just been completed at the vocational agricultural high school in Wallis and at the Alo youth center in Futuna.
Led by the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries services (DSA), these two workshops brought together all food stakeholders with the objective of building an action plan to develop a territorial food system adapted to the islands of Wallis and Futuna.
Over 35 actions were proposed by stakeholders to address local food system issues.
