In Houaïlou, New Caledonia, a meeting on agroforestry was held on March 1st and 2nd, 2021.

Goal: Within three years, the aim is to provide a first reference tool on the implementation and management of agroforestry in the territory.

Three main steps have been identified:

- support for the installation of test plots in agroforestry (13 operators in total),

- the enrichment of the repository according to experiences.

Minutes of the meeting are available on the CANC app: : https://webapp.canc.nc and downloadable below.

This action was funded by PIFON's FO4ACP project with the participation of the European Union through the PROTEGE project. An interesting synergy between two projects carried out in New Caledonia by the CANC.
