Soil fertility management and support to organic farming in French Polynesia

A consultation meeting on the themes of soil fertility management and support for organic farming was held at the end of November 2020 in French Polynesia as part of the PROTEGE program.

Organised by the PROTEGE SPC team in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, it enabled to list the needs of partners in the field and to refine the project's programming: farmers, Chamber of Agriculture and Lagoon Fishing (CAPL), Syndicate for the Promotion of the Communes of French Polynesia (SPC-Pf), Centre for Professional Training and Agricultural Promotion (CFPPA), SPG Bio Fetia, Poetcom, Federation of Associations for the Protection of the Environment (FAPE).
